Items purchased from https://ethnicwearpk.com/ are eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery, with no questions asked.

To initiate an exchange, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by submitting the Complaint/Inquiry form.

 

Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

Original tags, labels, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be intact.

Exchange Not Applicable If:
The request is made after 10 days of delivery.

The product has been used, damaged, or altered.

Packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.

Extra fabric or embellishments used in photoshoots are not included unless specifically mentioned on the website.
