Refund & Cancellation – Ethnic Wear

We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are only possible for card payments if the customer cancels the order before processing begins.

If an item fails quality control and no replacement is available, it will be removed from the order and refunded.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Customers can cancel their order before it is processed.

Ethnic Wear reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, quality issues, or declined card payments.
